This three-story structure provides independent living, assisted living and memory care services. It opened in Spring 2018. TDC designed the above-grade portions of the structure including the cold formed steel stud bearing walls, miscellaneous structural steel frames, cold formed steel shear walls and braced frames, specification of prestressed hollow core elevated floor framing and bar joist roof framing.
