The St. Peters Golf and Banquet Center includes a pro-shop, restaurant and 350-seat banquet/meeting facility. It is scheduled to open Spring 2019.

TDC designed the prestressed hollow core composite floor system for the banquet facility. Our design allows the open space below the banquet facility to serve as a harden area, or area of refuge, in addition to providing an expansive area for golf cart storage. The low profile, long span prestressed floor system is perfect for this application.
