The Isle at Watermere is a three-story structure. Completed in 2017, Watermere is an
upscale independent senior living community. The facility provides assisted living, extended care
and memory support services.

TDC provided the design for the above-grade portions of the structure including cold formed steel
stud bearing walls, miscellaneous and primary structural steel frames, cold formed steel shear walls
and braced frames, specification of composite elevated floor framing and bar joist roof framing.
