The approximately 125,000 SF production plant was a new construction facility completed 2017. The building area includes approximately 90,000 SF of production and curing area, 9,000 SF of receiving and shipping, 9,000 SF of staff support area, and 17,000 SF mechanical space and equipment mezzanine. The plant was constructed with load-bearing concrete columns, precast wall panels and precast concrete roof structure.

TDC was the specialty structural engineer of record. We designed all above-grade portions of the structure including prestressed exterior bearing/shear walls, prestressed inverted tee and rectangular beams and prestressed double tree roof framing.
